This is a workmen's compensation case.

Myra Mae Turner, the widow of the deceased employee, Ted James Turner, takes this appeal from a judgment entered in favor of appellee-employer.

Mrs. Turner contends her husband had not left the premises of the appellee-employer, The Drummond Company, Inc., at the time of the accident which resulted in his death and that she therefore, is entitled to death benefits as provided by Alabama's Workmen...
