Defendant was convicted of violation of Penal Code section 484, petty theft (three counts), Business and Professions Code section 9842, failure to prepare a proper invoice (two counts) and Business and Professions Code section 9843, failure to return replaced parts (one count). On appeal, defendant contends that the evidence is insufficient as to each count....
