These are two appeals presenting for review (1) appellate procedures as a result of an intervening change in the governing statute and (2) a challenge as to the sufficiency of the evidence to support a finding that the plaintiff was the common-law wife of the decedent Clark A. Gray, thereby entitling her to a widow's distributive share of his estate.
