MAUGHAN, Justice:

Defendant Martin Hayes appeals from a jury verdict of aggravated kidnapping. We affirm. All statutory references are to U.C.A. 1953.

On November 20, 1975, during the course of a party at the home of Martin Hayes, the female victim was forced into a bedroom, beaten and raped by Joe Anselmo.
