This suit was filed October 2, 1974, by plaintiff, Vivian S. Carter, against Sansone's Restuarant, Inc., and its insurer, Rockwood Insurance Company, seeking workmen's compensation benefits for disability arising out of a knee injury sustained by plaintiff when she slipped and fell while working as a waitress at Sansone's on July 6, 1973.
