This is a suit for damages and statutory penalties under the Texas Deceptive Trade Practice Act and the Texas Consumer Credit Code. The parties subsequently compromised and settled the deceptive trade practice cause of action and also a cross action by Mobile America Sales Corporation against the manufacturer, Craftmade Homes.
