The facts here are that the police were investigating the defendant. Working with Sergeant Buccino was a confidential informant, one Murray Pritsky. On September 5, 1975, the police were going to use the informant to make a purchase of narcotics. The informant was to be equipped with two devices to electronically record and transmit conversations; another officer was to overhear the conversation...
