On February 3, 1976, the defendant herein was indicted for two separate offenses of burglary. After plea negotiations the defendant appeared in open court together with his counsel. At that time the defendant stated to the court that he was participating in a methadone program but he nonetheless fully understood the nature of the proceedings...
