Plaintiff appeals from the dismissal, on exceptions of no cause and no right of action, of her claim to set aside simulated purchases of real property and from a judgment maintaining a plea of prescription of her tort claim for damages arising out of fraudulent succession proceedings and fraudulent sales of succession property. We affirm.
