Appellant, Bradford Brown, convicted by jury of second-degree murder, assault with a dangerous weapon, and carrying a pistol without a license, was sentenced to terms of confinement. He appeals asserting as reversible error: (1) the failure of the government to preserve certain evidence which, he contends, constitutes a breach of a duty implicit in Super.Ct.Cr.R. 16 as well as a denial of due process; and (2) the insufficiency of the evidence...
