PER CURIAM.

After hearing of a dependency petition filed by the Department of Pensions and Security, hereafter referred to as the Department, the Juvenile Court of Mobile County terminated the parental rights of Marion and Margaret Ward to their two minor daughters. The Wards appealed to a trial de novo in the circuit court as provided by statute. The circuit court again terminated the Wards' parental rights to their children.
