KELLEHER, Justice.

This is an appeal from a Superior Court judgment ordering that the purported last will and testament of Madeleine N. Judge, dated January 16, 1967, not be admitted to probate. Proponent of the will, and the appellant herein, Grace J. Janicki, was named executrix of the will. She offered, and the Probate Court for the City of Cranston accepted, the will for probate. Certain members of the Judge family appealed to the Superior Court...
