PER CURIAM.

This appeal is from a conviction for murder and a life sentence. The homicide occurred in January of 1971, the trial took place in August of 1973, and the case has finally reached this court for review.

On August 17, 1971, the appellant gave a taped confession to law enforcement officers. During the trial, and in the presence of the jury, there was abundant evidence that the taped confession was freely and voluntarily given by the appellant. Defense...
