Appellant Arthur J. Langdell brought his petition to the Lamoille Probate Court, under 14 V.S.A. § 1801 et seq., claiming that the Nathan Smilie Farm, so-called, in Cambridge, Vermont, was not a part of the Nathan Smilie Estate, and seeking appointment of an administrator to convey the property to him.
