HARRIS, Judge.

Appellant was convicted of robbery and the jury fixed his punishment at imprisonment in the penitentiary for a term of fifteen years. At arraignment appellant pleaded not guilty in the presence of his court-appointed counsel. After being sentenced appellant gave notice of appeal and was furnished a free transcript. Trial counsel was appointed to represent the appellant on this appeal.
