Unanimously modified, on the law, to the extent of granting summary judgment to the defendants on their counterclaim for $1,891.50 and the entry of the summary judgment held in abeyance pending the determination of the remaining cause of action for, inter alia, an accounting, and as so modified, affirmed, without costs and disbursements.
