This appeal comes from a judgment of the district court in a franchise termination case. The action was brought by the Diesel Truck Drivers Training School (school), a Wisconsin corporation, to recover sums allegedly owed to it by Lawrence Erickson, its Minnesota franchisee. Erickson answered and counterclaimed for breach of contract. The jury trial was held in Hennepin County District Court. The jury returned a special verdict, and an order for judgment...
