The South Dakota Continuing Contract Law required appellant (school board) to offer respondent (teacher) a contract for the 1975-1976 school year "* * * under the same terms and conditions as the [teacher's] contract for the then current year."1 If the school board did so, and the teacher refused the contract, she has no statutory right to continued employment in the school district.
