This is a suit by the Secretary of Labor against Alan D. Whatley, an individual, and several corporations owned by Mr. Whatley's children. It is alleged by the Plaintiff in this case that the Defendants have failed to comply with the provision of the Fair Labor Standards Act, 29 U.S.C.A. Sec. 201, et seq.
