PER CURIAM.

Certiorari to review a decision of the Worker's Compensation Court of Appeals determining that relator, Hanna Mining Company, is not entitled to reimbursement from the Special Compensation Fund for compensation paid Alfred Pittack after April 21, 1973. We affirm.
