This civil rights action arises out of alleged sex discrimination in the employment policies and practices of defendant Temple University. Presently before me are the defendants' motions to strike certain portions of the complaint, Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(f), and for partial summary judgment, Fed.R. Civ.P. 56.
