In this case a state prisoner seeks redress under the Civil Rights Acts, 42 U.S.C. §§ 1981, 1982, and 1983 (1970), for alleged violations of his rights to due process and equal protection under the fourteenth amendment by the prosecutors in his trial for aggravated rape. We remand the case to the district court so that a more complete record, including transcripts of related state and federal proceedings, may be considered and evaluated...
