Appellant Irvin Brown was found guilty by a jury on two counts of robbery in the first degree with the punishment assessed at five years' imprisonment on each count. The court entered judgment in accordance with the verdict and, exercising its discretion, determined that the sentences of five years on each count would run consecutively.
