SCOTT, Justice.

This is an appeal by plaintiffs, Herbert and Cyrilla Lillemoen, against defendant, David Gregorich, for injuries sustained by Mr. Lillemoen while a tenant in an apartment building owned by Gregorich. The case was tried before a jury in Anoka County District Court. At the close of plaintiffs' case, a verdict was directed in favor of defendant. Plaintiffs appeal the denial of their motion for a new trial....
