Judgment modified, on the law and the facts, by (1) reducing the alimony award from the amount of $200 per week to the amount of $165 per week, (2) reducing the counsel fee awarded from the amount of $2,000 to the amount of $1,000 and (3) adding thereto a provision awarding defendant the amount of $1,700 on his third counterclaim. As so modified, judgment affirmed insofar as appealed from, without costs or disbursements.
