The insureds in this case, under a "Scheduled Property Floater Policy", seek to recover losses which resulted from a fire that damaged the stock of merchandise in one of their stores and caused a business shutdown. The plaintiffs are Brownsville Fabrics, Inc. and McAllen Fabrics, Inc. The defendants are Gulf Insurance Company and William F. Havey, Stuart S. Jennings, Leroy James Nash, and Al P.
