Ted M. Ortiz and Cecilia T. Ortiz, his wife (Ortiz), filed a suit against Lorenzo Suazo (Suazo) to quiet title to a 4.6 acre tract of land in Taos County (the Suazo tract). Defendant Suazo moved to dismiss on the grounds that the United States and the Pueblo de Taos (Pueblo) were indispensable parties.
