Plaintiff, the Edison Sault Electric Company, brings this breach of contract action to recover $296,954.38 in damages arising from the United States' reduction of water-flow to plaintiff's hydroelectric plant at Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan. We agree with the parties that the facts material to a resolution of the issues are not in dispute and that the case may be decided...
