This is an action to set aside two deeds each conveying a 160-acre tract of land to the defendants. Walter Golgert died March 31, 1967. Walter and his wife Alice held all their property in joint tenancy. Except for some accumulation during the marriage, it had all been derived from Alice' side of the family.
