Plaintiff, Irving Thibodeaux, sued Ernest Landry and Landry's tenants, Emery and Randy Thibodeaux, to enjoin him from disturbing him in the possession of his property, and for damages associated with the alleged disturbance. The trial judge granted a temporary restraining order, but on hearing the motion for a preliminary injunction he denied that injunction.
