Plaintiff filed the instant action under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 and 28 U.S.C. §§ 1343, 1331 and 1332 requesting declaratory and injunctive relief together with money damages for defendant's alleged unconstitutional actions in dismissing plaintiff from his job for political reasons and without affording him hearing or prior notice.
