This is a suit for damages for personal injuries. Plaintiffs are Derry Lynn Bearden, individually and as natural tutrix of her minor son, Ricky Bearden, and Polly Christian, Mrs. Bearden's mother. Defendants are Joseph Rucker, Cavalier Insurance Company, his insurer, and Gulf Insurance Company, which is alleged to be the uninsured motorist insurer of plaintiffs.
