DOUGLAS, Judge.

This is an appeal from a conviction for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Punishment was assessed by the court at four years.

On January 16, 1976, appellant waived his right to prosecution by indictment, trial by jury and appeal and pled guilty to an information charging him with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
