This appeal was precipitated by an award of temporary attorney fees in protracted and complex dissolution of marriage proceedings in the district court for Des Moines County. Petitioner, Sally Ann Winegard, sought dissolution of her alleged common law marriage to respondent, John Robert Winegard. Respondent denied the existence of said relationship.
