This case involves the validity of a mechanic's lien filed by the Plaintiff Dugger against the property of Defendants Cox Corporation and Paul J. Cox ("Cox" herein unless otherwise indicated).1 Plaintiff's lien also included the amounts claimed in other liens filed by two subcontractors. Plaintiff claimed as part of the lien wages which he asserted were due to him from Cox for supervising the improvements on the property...
