In November 1968, William J. Danahey was tried before a jury in the Superior Court on an indictment charging him with the murder of his wife. He was found guilty of second degree murder, and on review his exceptions were overruled. State v. Danahey, 108 R.I. 291, 274 A.2d 736 (1971).
