Ronald Hall challenges by personal restraint petition his conviction for unlawful possession with intent to deliver heroin in Pierce County cause No. 49221. Prior to trial he moved to dismiss pursuant to CrR 3.3(c) and (g), which require that defendants unable to obtain pretrial release because of the pending charge be brought to trial within 60 days following their preliminary appearance, or the charge shall be dismissed with prejudice.
