The defendant was convicted of attempt robbery after a jury trial and sentenced to serve one to three years in the penitentiary. He appeals, contending that he was not proved guilty beyond a reasonable doubt and that he was deprived of a fair trial because his request for a two-month continuance for the purpose of locating alibi witnesses...
