Defendant appeals an October 10, 1975, sentence and denial of his motion to withdraw a guilty plea which was accepted in 1961.

Defendant was convicted upon his plea of guilty on November 17, 1961, of assault with intent to commit murder, MCLA 750.83; MSA 28.278. Defendant was sentenced to life imprisonment on January 4, 1962. In 1965 defendant moved to withdraw his plea. His motion and an amended motion were denied on April 26, 1965. This...
