DOWD, Judge.

Defendant Terry Johnson was convicted by a jury in the Circuit Court of the City of St. Louis of Robbery in the First Degree by means of a Dangerous and Deadly Weapon. §§ 560.120, 560.135, RSMo 1969. The court sentenced the defendant to ten years in the custody of the Missouri Department of Corrections. Defendant appeals. Defendant does not challenge the sufficiency of the evidence, therefore only a brief review of the facts is required.
