Plaintiffs-appellants, Malak Abou-Hargah and Ahmed Elariny, husband and wife, purchased a 1976 Buick Century automobile on November 19, 1975, from defendant Miller Terrell, Inc. (dealer), which had been manufactured by defendant General Motors Corporation. Plaintiffs filed suit for rescission of the sales contract and for damages on February 26, 1976 against both defendants and another suit seeking the same relief against defendant Miller Terrell...
