DELAHANTY, Justice.

The defendant, Edward Larrabee, appeals from a Lincoln County Superior Court jury verdict which found him guilty of breaking, entering and larceny in the nighttime.1 We deny the appeal.

During the early morning hours of July 6, 1975, Kevin Brochu and Kenneth Stinson broke into the Dodge Inn's gift shop and stole jewelry belonging to Mrs. Stanley Dodge. The defendant did not participate in this crime....
