RICHARDSON, Chief Justice.

This is an appeal from a summary judgment rendered against Yoshie Miyasato Hokama, individually, and as custodian for her children Wayson K. Hokama, Charlotte Y. Hokama and Bruce Y. Hokama. In an action in contract, the trial court found that the officers of Relinc Corporation, Steven T. Nakano and Helen N. Shimamura (appellees), could not be held personally liable on a contract they had executed.
