This is an action brought by plaintiff seeking to rescind his purchase from defendant of a Friendship Sloop known as the White Eagle. Robert Montana having deceased, Helen Montana, executrix, was substituted as defendant. Trial was had before a Master (Charles T. Gallagher, Esq.), who recommended judgment for the plaintiff and verdict in the amount of $13,250. The master further recommended that defendant pay any bills outstanding for the storage...
