PETERSON, Justice.

Defendant, Charles C. Poganski, a chiropractor, was convicted of theft by swindle and of conspiracy to commit theft. The basis for the convictions was his submission of bills to the MFA Insurance Companies (MFA) for the treatment of two patients who had falsely reported to MFA that they had been involved in an automobile accident. Defendant claimed that he had actually treated the two patients and did not know that the accident and claimed injuries...
