Judgment modified, on the facts, by deleting from the sixth decretal paragraph thereof the sums of $24,000 and $34,000 wherever they appear in the said paragraph and substituting therefor the sums $30,000 and $40,000, respectively. As so modified, judgment affirmed insofar as appealed from, with costs to appellant.
