Plaintiff vendee of school building appeals from summary judgment entered in its quiet title action voiding sale between defendant school district and plaintiff's vendor as contrary to section 297.22, 1973 Code. We affirm.

There are no disputed fact issues. Relative to defendants' motion for summary judgment the parties stipulated that in February 1972 defendant school district decided to sell a vacant school building in the town of Greenville...
