PER CURIAM.

This divorce case was filed in DeKalb Superior Court by a wife against her husband alleging cruel treatment as the grounds for divorce. Subsequently, she amended her complaint to allege that the marriage was irretrievably broken. At the trial of the case, the parties agreed that the marriage was irretrievably broken and the divorce was granted on that ground. The parties waived a jury trial whereupon the trial court heard and decided the issues of alimony...
