This is an appeal from a decree in a declaratory judgment action which was instituted for the purpose of obtaining judicial determinations as to the coverage, applicability, and priority of payment of four insurance policies issued by two different companies. Plaintiff-appellee, Bituminous Casualty Corporation issued three of the policies. Defendant-appellant, National Indemnity Company, issued the other policy.
