This is an appeal from a judgment in favor of plaintiff, Benjamin Haynes, and against defendants, Joseph Bryan Clemmons and Catherine L. Clemmons, heirs of the deceased defendant, Sheriff Bryan Clemmons, in the sum of $6,000.00.1
